Erich Moraine Roshi The origin of Unitarianism and Buddhism are separated by more than 2000 years; yet their foundational values bear an uncanny resemblance to each other. Let's compare these two living traditions. Bio:Rev. Erich Moraine Roshi is a UUSCM ordained community minister attached to Lake Country Unitarian Universalist Congregation and a Zen priest in the Rinzai tradition. Married to Tracy since 1984, they have had the privilege of living with three beautiful daughters in the farmhouse Tracy grew up in just outside of Sussex. On Monday nights you can find him chopping wood and carrying water for the Kintsugi Sangha which meets at LCUUC

Michael Ketterhagen: A Journey Toward Wholeness...

Meeting ID: 999 1490 9591 Passcode: 849794 A Journey Toward Wholeness and Well-Being: In March, 2021, I found myself in SSM’s hospital emergency room with kidney failure. My kidneys were functioning at 12%. This was caused by a later diagnosis of multiple myeloma, a cancer of the blood cells. During this presentation, I will share what I have learned about the medical system, holistic health modalities, often called Complementary and Alternative Modalities, or CAMS, and a yoga lifestyle in my journey toward wholeness and well-being. Bio: Michael Ketterhagen is a retired Associate Professor of Philosophy and Theology from Marian University where he taught for 29 years. He received his Masters Degree in Human Development from the University of St Mary’s in Winona MN and his doctorate in Spirituality and Healing from The Union Institute and University, in Cincinnati. He founded the Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality & Healing in September, 2000, and where he currently teaches yoga, meditation and provides wellness services. Mary, his wife of 55 years in December, and he have 5 children and 15 grandchildren. He is an avid vegetable gardener and continues to read and write about the Sacred Link between the spiritual and religious traditions of our Beloved Mother Earth.
